Common sense really, considering there are considerably less smokers and considerably more ’smoke related’ disease. The smoking issue is THE greatest deception of the C20th. The funds diverted away from finding REAL causes and cures TO the anti-smoker campaign, (protecting polluting industry, increasing the profits of big pharma and satisfying the egos of anti-smoker fanatics) is disgusting.

2008, 215,020 (31.03% increase)
@kindog101 the short answer: Because people aren’t dying to other things, and so are living longer, and so die of cancer as opposed to anything else. Also, I suspect your statistics are using the TOTAL number of deaths, rather than the PER CAPITA. Since population has exploded since 1945, of course there are going to be more cases of cancer.
I had 1 out of two chance to watch this video… yeah and that also applies to the reason I don’t smoke cigarettes. I chose not to, that simple.
Before anyone believes this propaganda, try to answer one question;
Why, in the developed world, has smoking decreased from around 80% of males in 1945 (UK) to around 25% today YET all cancers continue to INCREASE year on year? The reduction in smoking has made no difference whatsoever.
Why?
The proof of the pudding is in the eating!
I can just about believe in a 1 in 200 billion chance of the big bang happening and 1 in 300 trillion …. etc if I stretch my imagination ……
BUT……. COME ON….. How many smokers die of smoking ? - Stretches the imagination a bit too far ! It is one guestimate beyond belief, when not ONE person can be proved to have died from smoking - NOT ONE!
