i’m 10 days smoke free and it feels pretty good but still pretty hard cause i’m surrounded by smokers and these video’s are cool cause us people trying to quit can identify with how you feel. also your Milf

Thanks Nikitejay….I am off of work on sick leave…I quit drinking and all of the reasons I had for not quitting smoking are not here…so on April 1st I smashed 2 packs of smokes in the palm of my hand and quit cold turkey..The first week was pure hell…I will make it official that I quit on May 11….40 days and 40 nights…I’m 53 and have smoked for 40 years…God Bless You

Approx. 3/4’s of a pack a day for 23 years.

how many did you smoke before you quit?

sheer will power and youtube

im on day 1 only 12 hours through lol, im on patches , how did you do it?

I tired out cold turkey on Swedish snus, after one day you are a complete zombie,

Thanks, these videos are really helpful. Its now been about or a little over 40 hours, and I’m going strong. There are ups and downs but I know if I stop, its way ups for my health.

My advice for your early days is to not work. Find a way to take at least 3 days off and mix it with a week end for 5 days that you can be “sick” in bed with your head under the covers. The 1st 3 days are REALLY f’ing hard. Personally, I couldn’t be with another human being during mine. Now I’m at 1 yr. 9 mths and it’s all meaningless. But I remember the agony. Be strong. You can do it!

This is my first day quitting smoking and its pretty tough. Its been 5 hours, and I’m doing decent. Not great, but not horrible. I have to work tommorow night, any advice as to how I can focus better

You need to have strength in yourself MrStronger! LOL!

day 1 bring it on o shit im smoking

It will get better. I’m at over 19 months and I rarely even think about it anymore. Hang in there, it’s worth it!!!

im at day 2 now and it sux.

iv’e just recently learned about cravings and how i can just shrug them off at any time . there is still alot of reprogramming i have to do . iv’e noticed that when i do any activity which i use to do while smoking, a harsh craving comes out . but about the third or fourth time of doing it, there is no craving or i’ll have a slight craving. cravings have not lasted for longer than thirty seconds so far. it’s day two for me right now by the way.

I’m at over 18 months smoke free now. :)

you don’t need the cigs ! you have that hot body to take care of ! :)

WRONG!
This just perpetuates the brain washing.
No chewing gum. No lollipops. Just live your life as a happy non-smoker again!

Sleep is good though - your body is used to massive amounts of that nasty nicotine stimulant, the ability to sleep and relax is one of the big gains you will make in your first few days of being a happy non-smoker again!

When you want to do something (smoke). Chew some gum or a lollypop. I will help. Also try putting a pencil in you hand instead of a cigarette.

I was meaning to place 3 years lol.
I liked the Aha video too.
Ha ha.
Happy new year to you and your viewers.
Regards jacko?

Nice user name….LOL!
I don’t know what the symbol stands for but GOOD FOR YOU!!!!
Happy New Year!

£ years of no smoking now ,after 20 years of spliffs and ciggies .Life is well good .

Day 71 today! You’re the 2nd person that expressed to me that they are scared. I was too. I made 2 videos for the last person that said that. He’s now on day 4 or 5 clean. Watch day 3, I think it conveys the hardest day I had. It only got easier from there.
You DO have the willpower! Because you are the master of you! I’ll be happy to lend words of support and encouragement should you decide to take the leap! Nikita
