to me it’s bittersweet. because although the voice is funny the disease is not. also, the man in the ad continued to smoke cigarettes until the doctors found the cancer tumor.
cigarettes cause throat cancer. this man grew a tumor in his throat so it had to be removed leaving a hole in his throat from the surgery.
