Yeah, I was pretty much of a bitch for the first month or so.. OH, I forgot, I’m always a bitch!!! LOL
I only quit by going to jail. Thank God I did. It wasn’t hard to not pick it back up. You lose the taste for it after a while. First month was hell though…
This is not a cessation device , but in my experience Greentip electronic cigarette has helped me with my cravings.

If you’re lucky, your wife will sleep on the couch on what little space is left with a kitchen timer so she can feed you Ensure every 4 hours thru your feeding tube so you don’t starve and will suck mucous and bloodclots out of your opening in your neck and not complain when alot of it is coughed into her face. I’d say yeah, you’d pretty much have to love that person to begin with to do some of that shit and not even care if they ever said THANK YOU, YOU saved my life!
so if we smoke we get to go through a badass surgery and our wives will love us more. (lights up another marlboro red)

I smoke. I’ve been smoking for 14 years. I don’t know how to quit. I need them. My kids drive me crazy & life sometimes sucks! I wanna quit though. I need to quit.

They say that it takes as many years for your lungs to regenerate as the years you smoked. The first thing we noticed was that food tasted good and all of our clothes smelled awful! Guess that’s not a benefit, but atleast we weren’t embarrassed about stinking in public. LOL
